Return and Exchange Policy

At kwurk, we pour creativity, care, and a little quirk into everything we make. If your product shows up damaged or defective, we’re here to set things right with either a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We’ll process your request if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos or videos sent to support@kwurk.in

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for: 

  • Change of mind
  • "It's not what I imagine" moments
  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@kwurk.in with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo or video of the defective or damaged product.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll confirm in writing and process your refund or exchange within 7 days.

Condition for Return:

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • No Reverse Pickup: Customer will need to ship the item back to us. 

If the exchange request is accepted, kwurk will:

  • Cover shipping costs for returning damaged items.
  • Process the replacement after we receive and assess the returned product.

Refund Exceptions:

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • The recipient is unavailable at the provided address or premises
  • Refusal to accept the product
